the hotel was unique and quirky with incredible location short walk to old town, convenience shops such as 7 elevent and family mart and jonker street and stadhuys as well as the malacca river. we truly enjoyed sleeping 2 nights in this property.

The hotel had a few nice touches, with attention to detail and quality. I enjoyed the free minibar in the room, complete with drinks and snacks. The location was also great, being in the heart of the city so things were easily accessible. Another advantage was the fact that breakfast was complimentary, and although the spread wasn't huge, the quality was great and you could order as much as you wanted.
My stay was disrupted quite a bit. The room wasn't soundproof enough and I could hear everything going on outside, including loud talking and construction right next to the window.

The breakfast options could be improved, but overall, everything was satisfactory.
